For our first step, we need to determine whether a simple Will is right for you. Generally, a simple Will meets three criteria:

To cover all your assets in Thailand

The executor you appoint is in Thailand; and

If you have children under the age of 20, they are in Thailand.
However, if your assets are a bit more complex, such as owning a private company, having overseas assets and trust accounts, or having children from multiple marriages, then you may need a complex Will.
